We Were Soldiers was a good one.
Generation Kill may not have been a "movie" but it was an HBO series and I loved it (and it is out on DVD).

Pardon me, but Saving Private Ryan, and We Were Soldiers Once are based on Army Units. So is Black Hawk Down. Great films though.
